Be With Records has announced a campaign with KPM to reissue the expansive recordings library of music specifically produced for films, television, radio and new media. The resissues, which are going to be released on 10 records, were selected from the KPM 1000 Series and the Themes International Music catalog. The reissue is the first time the music has been commercially released. The audio comes from the original tapes and have been remastered for vinyl. The last record, entitled Full Circle, is an LP of new material by Alan Hawkshaw and Brian Bennett. All 11 albums are set to be out on November 16.
BADBADNOTGOOD and Little Dragon share new song
BADBADNOTGOOD, Toronto jazz group, and the Swedish electronic group, Little Dragon, have released a new collaborative track called “Tried.” Listen to it below.
BADBADNOTGOOD said of the joint track in a statement: “We’ve all been big fans of Little Dragon for years, and had a chance to play some shows and hang out with them recently, which eventually led to this collaboration. They’re a truly captivating and unique group of musicians, and we’re really excited to share this song with them and hope to work together again in the future!”
Little Dragon has added that they “were struck by [BADBADNOTGOOD’s] raw sweaty energy.”

Last night, Flight of the Conchords appearedon “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. The duo performed an unreleased (but setlist appearing) track called “Father and Song” in a anticipation of their new HBO special Flight of the Conchords: Live at the London Apollo. Watch it below.
Flight of the Conchords: Live at the London Apollo was recorded at the Eventim Apollo in 2017 and it will air on October 6th. It was recorded at the Eventim Apollo during their 2017 UK tour.

Open Mike Eagle announces new album, shares new song
Open Mike Eagle has announced a new upcoming album, What Happens When I Try to Relax. In anticipation, he has shared the first song from the album, a track called “Relatable (peak OME).” Listen to it below. “It’s too complicated for a quick explanation. It’s about a lot of things. It’s about expectations of form, anxiety, middle age and middle class. And that’s just the parts I know how to put into words a couple months after writing it,” Mike said about the song in a statement.

Kip Berman announces solo EP
The frontman of the Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Kip Berman, has announced his debut solo EP under the name Natvral. The EP, Know Me More, is set to be out October 5th via Kanine. Berman has shared the title track, featuring Fear of Men’s Jess Weiss, from the release. Listen to it below.
In a statement, Berman discusses his new moniker. “I wanted to pick up my guitar and sing songs in a natural way, without all the things about music that aren’t music,” he says. The four-track EP, which was produced by Andy Savours, was recorded at London’s Wolf Den Studios in single takes. A cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Suzanne” is the closing track in the project.
Bikini Kill’s discography now streaming
Bikini Kill’s discography is now available on streaming services for the first time ever. “You just want to have more people know about your work and get to hear the music however they get it,” Kathleen Hanna said in a new interview with Tidal. “I don’t want people to listen to the crappy third-rate version on somebody’s YouTube video.” Listen to their discography below, and read the interview on Tidal. Bikini Kill will also reissue their 1998 compilation The Singles later this month, its first 12″ vinyl release.
Young Jesus announce new album on Saddle Creek
Young Jesus have announced a new album, The Whole Thing Is Just There, which will be released on October 12th via Saddle Creek Records.
According to a press release, the LP was made during a “creative outpouring” following their tour behind their debut album, S/T.
