Pablo Ruiz Considers Legal Action Against Tame Impala

Even after the Chilean website that accused Tame Impala of plagiarizing Argentinian child pop star Pablo Ruiz admitted that it was a joke, it seems as though Ruiz is still considering taking legal action against Tame Impala. posted a video on YouTube on Monday that suggests that Tame Impala plagiarized their 2012 hit “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards” from Ruiz’s 1989 “Océano.” The publisher for the site spoke to Rolling Stone and said that the video was a joke that went viral.

The songs are similar therefore making Ruiz consider legal action against Tame Impala. In an interview with the ESPN Radio in Argentina, Ruiz stated, “Obviously there is plagiarism.
