Brian Wilson celebrates 50th anniversary of Pet Sounds with extensive world tour

Brian Wilson will celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Beach Boys’ monumental album Pet Sounds by going on an extensive world tour. Each concert will have a full performance of the album.

Check out the full itinerary below. He will perform in Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, and United States in a course of six-months.This includes appearances at festivals like Austin’s LEVITATION Festival and Barcelona’s Primavera Sound and a two-night stop in Boston where he will have a performance with the Boston Pops Orchestra.

According to a press release, these will be Wilson’s final performances of Pet Sounds.

New Order’s most recent album, Music Complete came out in September. They released the music video for the track ‘tutti Frutti” today. The video, directed by Tom Haines, follows an older man who could be hosting a chat show and is possibly delusional. Nevertheless, here is a lot of dancing.

Synthpop group, Wet are a week away from releasing their debut album, Don’t You. In anticipation of the album, the Brooklyn outfit appeared on Thursday’s episode of The Tonight Show for their firt-ever late-night TV appearance.

Tourist announces debut album U, streams “To Have You Back”

London producer William Phillips, Tourist, is a member of Disclosure and Sam Smith’s team, he co-wrote Smith’s “Stay With Me,” and was among one of the winners in the 2015 Grammy award for Song of the Year. U, his debut album, is set to be out in the spring. He has shared the first single, “To Have You Back” today and you can listen to it above.

A teaser for the song’s video, which was directed by Davy Evans and Jason Drew can be watched below.

Kurt Vile announces spring US tour dates

Kurt Vile has played plenty of shows already and has more dates lined up for his gem, b’lieve i’m going down, but he is not exactly done there. Vile has expanded his 2016 itinerary with a leg of US dates in April. The string of dates will have him crossing the country from Buffalo, New York to Austin, Texas. Four Tet collaborates with Designer on “Mothers”

Four Tet has spent a majority of 2015 working on project after project. He remixed Coldplay and CHVRCHES and colloaborared with Roots Manuva and Omar Souleyman as well as release his latest album, Morning/Evening.

Four Tet has collaborated with Melbourne-based producer Designer for the track, “Mothers,” set to appear on an upcoming 12″. It follows last year’s single “Dark.” Listen to it below.

Day Wave announces Hard to Read EP, release “Gone”

Jackson Phillips has been doing well for someone who has only released one EP and a few singles. The dream pop artist known as Day Wave followed up his debut EP, Headcase, with the “Come Home Now” b/w “You Are Who You Are” 7-inch, and those songs have already landed him gigs on the lineups for Governors Ball and Shaky Knees. He will continue impressing with the upcoming release of his sophomore EP, Hard to Read, which is set to be out on March 4th via Grand Jury.
