Watch Ryan Adams Cover Alice in Chains in Seattle

Although Ryan Adams has a vast, career-spanning catalog at his feet, including his new self-titled album, Ryan Adams has been pleasing his crowds with covers. Over the last few weeks, Adams has covered Danzig with Johnny Depp, Hüsker Dü with Bob Mould, Foreigner, and even Bryan Adams. Keeping this trend, Adams covered Alice in Chains’ “Nutshell” this past week during a show in Seattle.

Maybe Adams was influenced by Arcade Fire during their recent tour.

Local Natives Cover Little Dragon’s “After the Rain”

For the indie-rock band, Local Natives, this year has been fairly quiet. The band has mostly been touring for the the last year or so in support of their last album, Hummingbird. The LA band played a show at the Santa Monica pier, where they covered Little Dragon’s “After The Rain”.
