Technical Equipment Supply is also the same place that exclusively released Aphex Twin’s latest 12″ record.

St. Vincent shares “New York” video
St. Vincent has released a video for her song “New York.” The clip was directed by Alex Da Corte and shows Annie Clark in surreal and colorful scenes, including on a couch with a swan. Da Corte said in a press release, “I think Annie’s New York is the New York of my dreams—one that is blurry and fractured, dreamy and flat. It is the Toontown to my Hollywood. It is beautiful but slightly out of reach.” Watch the “New York” music video below.
Kurt Vile and Courtney Barnett detail new album, share new song “Over Everything”
Kurt Vile and Courtney Barnett have released a video for their new track “Over Everything.” It was directed by Danny Cohen and can be watched below. “Over Everything” is the first single from the pair’s upcoming collaborative album Lotta Sea Lice, which is set to be released October 13th through Matador. Check out the album artwork above and tracklist below. Vile and Barnett will also go on a North American tour this fall, their itinerary can be found here.

Jennifer Lee, aka Los Angeles producer TOKiMONSTA, has shared the music video for her track “We Love,” featuring MNDR. Directed by Michael Raines, the video shows a group of women taking a road trip and party at a state fair. Watch it below. The track is on TOKiMONSTA’s upcoming album Lune Rouge which arrives October 6th via Young Art Records. Watch Chance the Rapper talk Mayweather vs. McGregor on ESPN
Chance the Rapper appeared on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” for an interview last night. He talked with hosts Michael Smith and Jemele Hill about the Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor fight tonight. The rapper also supported Colin Kaepernick by wearing a t-shirt with the football player’s image and saying he’s “another person who believes Black Lives Matter, and he’s kind of being punished for it.” They discussed Chance’s 2016 ESPY Awards performance which honored Muhammad Ali. “One thing that I pull from [Ali], and I think Floyd also does, is his sheer confidence,” Chance said. “That’s why I respect Floyd. Tori Amos has released another track from her upcoming album Native Invader. The track, called “Reindeer King,” has a lyric video, which can be watched below. It is the third single released ahead of the album, behind “Cloud Riders” and “Up the Creek.” Native Invader is her first full-length since Unrepentant Geraldines in 2014. It is out September 8th via Decca.

Syd announces tour
Syd, from the Internet, has announced a solo tour behind her debut record Fin. The tour, named“Always Never Home,” starts in October. The North American stint will include two shows at Tyler, the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival, one on October 28th where Syd will play a solo set and on October 29th where she will perform with the Internet. Check out Syd’s tour dates below. Syd earlier this week released “Bad Dream/No Looking Back” which is part of “a small collection of songs” set to come out this autumn, according to a press release.

Watch Cloud Nothings’ new “Up to the Surface” video
Cloud Nothings have released a video for their track “Up to the Surface.” It was created by multimedia artist AUJIK and the clip explores an animated world. The video shows inhabitants’ different hobbies and past times. Lead singer Dylan Baldi said of Aujik’s creation, “I think they’re cute, even though they inhabit some kind of desolate future void world.” Watch it below. The track is on the band’s album Life Without Sound, which came out this year. In September, they will go on tour with Japandroids. Find their full itinerary below.
