Real Estate extend tour, share interactive new paint-by-numbers video

Real Estate have shared the music video for “Stained Glass,” a song from their new record In Mind. In the video, an animated version of the band performs the song while the background gets colored in. Besides the standard visual (directed by Craig Allen), there is also an interactive option, which lets you pick your own colors. Thundercat announces tour

Thundercat has announced a tour in support of his new album Drunk. The prolific bassist will play shows throughout the United States, Japan, Canada, the UK, and Europe. The tour includes festival stops at Los Angeles’ FYF, Sónar in Barcelona, Afropunk Brooklyn, and more. Find Thundercat’s tour dates here.

Modest Mouse announce fall tour

Modest Mouse have expanded their American tour dates. In February, the band announced a number of shows starting on May 23rd at Knitting Factory in Spokane, WA. The Avalanches expand tour

The Avalanches released Wildflower last year, the long-awaited follow-up to Since I Left You from 2000. After playing a string of shows in April, including one at Coachella for their first U.S. show in 15 years, the band has announced additional North American tour dates. The Avalanches will perform a set at Brooklyn Bowl on June 3rd before their Governors Ball performance on June 4th. See the itinerary below. At the beginning of the year, they played a number of dates in their home of Australia.

Prince’s band The Revolution continues tour after playing at Paisley Park

After announcing their tour by surprise in March and playing at Celebration 2017 one year after Prince’s death, The Revolution are continuing their tour through this summer until July 15th at the Showbox in Seattle. The Revolution, the band recorded the iconic Purple Rain with, are touring together for the first time in 30 years. Find the updated itinerary below.

Kendrick Lamar announces tour

Kendrick Lamar has announced a North American tour starting in July. He will be joined by acts Travis Scott and D.R.A.M. See the dates, which will begin in Phoenix and end in L.A. on August 6th, in below. The announcement follows his performances at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, where he premiered several songs from his new album DAMN.. The shows featured kung-fu videos, the Fox News segment that was sampled on DAMN., a ninja, and guest appearances from Travis Scott, Schoolboy Q, and Future.

Phoenix announce world tour

After announcing a number of live shows earlier this month, Phoenix have released the itinerary for a full world tour. Find the dates below. Whitney, the Lemon Twigs, and Miike Snow will join them on select dates. The band’s last album was 2013’s Bankrupt!. They came back to cover the Beach Boys’ “Alone on Christmas Day” in 2015 with Bill Murray for his Netflix Christmas special. Phoenix also recently updated their social media accounts, hinting at new music to come.
