Pablo Ruiz Considers Legal Action Against Tame Impala

Even after the Chilean website that accused Tame Impala of plagiarizing Argentinian child pop star Pablo Ruiz admitted that it was a joke, it seems as though Ruiz is still considering taking legal action against Tame Impala.

Rata.cl posted a video on YouTube on Monday that suggests that Tame Impala plagiarized their 2012 hit “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards” from Ruiz’s 1989 “Océano.” The publisher for the site spoke to Rolling Stone and said that the video was a joke that went viral.

The songs are similar therefore making Ruiz consider legal action against Tame Impala. In an interview with the ESPN Radio in Argentina, Ruiz stated, “Obviously there is plagiarism. Not if you have done it on purpose or not, but there are seven bars that are equal to my song.” Ruiz had also stated that he would talk with his lawyers before deciding on a decision.

Foo Fighters Do a Carrie-esque Ice Water Challenge

Challenged to do the ALS ice water challenge by Zach Brown, Dave Grohl accepted it, dressed, of course, in his finest prom dress. As one of the many celebrities who have accepted the viral challenge, the popularity of this has grown over the last month in order to raise awareness for ALS, Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

Grohl took the challenge and made it into the infamous prom scene from “Carrie” with The bucket of ice water the bucket of blood. Also seen in the video is the Foo Fighters’ drummer, Taylor Hawkins, guitarist, Pat Smear, and bassist Nate Mendel.

Black Keys Release “Weight of Love” Video

The video begins with a group of women watching the “Fever” video, then shows that they are part of a cult that is run by model, Lara Stone. The women were laden in all white. The cult lives in a lighthouse and do laundry topless, because it can be hard not to stain your all white attire. The cult worships and follows a strict religious regime for whoever they follow.
